5/5/24 – Max turned 13 years old yesterday! Whoop! The big floof is getting up there in age. Our YouTube video – Max Happy 13th. Max got 1.25 pounds of Atlantic salmon. He’s not use to eating a pound all at once because he’s been on a diet with half in the morning and half in the evening. So, he was a bit slow and picky. Someone suggested duck. Perhaps with the next holiday, I’ll try that if I can find it. Speaking of his diet, he’s down to 45 pounds from 51. I didn’t get Max any new toys but broke out some old ones. The kid’s tunnel was a hit along with two small balls gifted to him from my cousin last Christmas. He is so funny! I got some great footage and shots. So, check out our video. Here’s a few photos.

First of all Happy Birthday, Mr. Max I hope and Pray you will have many many more years to come! I been watching Max and Burnie for the past 4 1/2 year And in that amount of time a lot has happen. But 2 thing has never changed Mr. Max is still as sweet as he always been. And Miss Burnie just keep getting more beautiful with time! Love you both hugs Miss Burnie And a lick on the nose Mr. Max Happy Birthday…..

It is sad that we all age and my heart breaks when it is a beloved animal. Is he still up to traveling to do educational awareness? I do know the heat is difficult on him and understandably so. Do you ever do visits at your facility? I am thinking this would be great if possible. Let me know and hope all is well.
